Very nice hotel, very suitable price.I took a family room that was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids..receptionist was very kindly. The lactation of the hotel is very good .you can go every place by using tram, metro or the bus.
Wonderful staff. Ahmet, yilmaz and the lady on the reception are super helpful. Thank you so much. Great internet, tram stop just outside the hotel and that tram takes you to city center. A big mall kent meydani 10 mins walk. Lots of shops and cafeterias highly recommended.
Family stay for 3 days had extended to 5 loved the visit so much. Ideal location accessible to all kinds of services. Hotel Staff from the valet to the food server everyone has been cooperative supportive and so friendly. Brilliant room service. Not too expensive. Worth the price. Good quality and enough variety of breakfast.
I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was clean, staff nice and very helpful. Within walking distance to a mall. Had good heating system. Breakfast was OK. A good place for a family to stay the rooms are spacious and they consider family needs.
